Champion Cooler is looking to hire an experienced HR Generalist. This role is a proactive business partner to the Director of Human Resources and is responsible for all on-site activities in administration of the HR function. Under the guidance of the HR Director, the Human Resources Generalist will run the daily functions of the department and support corporate initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a passion for servant leadership, continual improvement, and leading change.

This role is responsible for the HR transactions of 130+ Champion Cooler employees. In this critical role the Human Resource Generalist serves as a consultant and coach and provides business partner support to managers and employees for a wide range of areas. This role will be responsible for oversight and implementation of human resource functions for all employee groups.
